When I come to to general arrangements of the viscera in the pelvis "this is a male
pelvis", this is the site of symphysis ***, this is the iliac fossa and these are some
fibres of the iliopsoas. So, when removed, this will be the iliac fossa and this is the
iliac crest and this is the *** bone and this is the symphysis ***. Behind, the symphysis
*** we'll find a small organ "triangular" in section with the apex of triangle directed
forward and coming from it and coming from it a ligament which is called the median umbilical
ligament, which goes up to the umbilicus. It is the embryonic organ of the urachus or
the allantois, this is the urinary bladder. At, the base of the bladder as I said, "at
the apex of the bladder comes up the median umbilical ligament, that connects the bladder
to the umbilicus" . At, the base of the bladder there are two main structures, one medial
related to it and one lateral related to the base of the bladder. The, medial one is a
vas deferens and the lateral one is the seminal vesicle and below the bladder, there is this
solid structure, which is the prostate. So, in the male pelvis: this is the symphysis
***, this is the urinary bladder. At, the base of the bladder, there is the vas deferens
medial and the seminal vesicle laterally. At, the apex of the bladder comes up the median
umbilical ligament, connects it to the umbilicus, it is the embryonic remnant of the the allantois
or the urachus. Below the bladder, "the lowest part of the bladder is the neck" and below
the neck of the bladder, there is prostate that surrounds the urethra. Of course, if
I go to the upper lateral angle of the base of the bladder, I'll find the ureter "going
to the upper lateral angle", this is the right ureter, "of course this is the right side
of the bladder". So, the cavity of the bladder, the apex of the bladder "arising from it is
the median umbilical ligament, at the base of the bladder related to it there are vas
deferens medialy and the seminal vesicle laterally. And, going to the upper lateral angle of the
base is the ureter terminates, coming from the kidney to the urinary bladder. Surrounding
the urethra (and the urethra comes down from the bladder that way and of course it is surrounded
by the prostate". Very, posterior there will be the cavity of the ***, "this is the
cavity of the ***"and the *** is directed downward and forward, then it is directed
downward and backward, (and this part will be the *** canal). So, the most posterior
structure, will be this wide organ, which is the *** and then when it is directed downward and backward, then this
will be the *** canal.
