bank heavy duty vacuum
The Bank Heavy Duty was designed for those who use the vacuum every day in restaurants,
offices, or places like bowling alleys, etc.
It is the most durable vacuum made by mankind. The motor is a 6.5 Amp motor, with a double
ball bearing metal rollerbrush.
The Bank Heavy Duty is the best built, heavy duty deep cleaning vacuum sold today. The
Bank Heavy Duty has a built in magnet bar for any metal object that might be in the
way, Dual row brushes that agitate the carpet to remove even the most embedded dirt and
hair from any type of carpet, and a manual height adjustment to maximize deep cleaning
for all levels of carpet. The Bank Heavy Duty comes standard with HEPA filtration bags,
and is recommended by The Carpet and Rug Institute for all carpet types.
The Handle on The Bank Heavy Duty is a gas pump handle. It is a relatively thick handle,
taking tension off your wrist and lower back when you have it parallel to your waist. It
has the biggest handle on the market to grab onto.
The Cord on The Bank Heavy Duty has an easy release latch so you do not have to unwind
the cord, which is a good thing because the cord is a 40 foot cord, giving you 80 feet
in cleaning diameter. The cord is also a three-wire cord, which means it is grounded, preventing
the possibility of being shocked.
The Bank President has a HEPA filtration, which is a high efficiency particulate air
filter.
As far as commercial vacuums are concerned, The Bank Heavy Duty has a very easy to bag
to change. It is a large capacity, high filtration disposable bag. The bag has a rubber seal,
so when you take the bag off, the dust does not blow back in your face.
The bag also has the best filtration for a disposable bag. It is electro-statically charged,
so the bag does not cause a lack of suction, does not overwork the motor, and it removes
all the dust. The bags are heat sealed so there are no chemicals on them and they will
not tear. Finally, the bag has HEPA filtration, removing 99.97% 0.3 micron.
The Bank Heavy Duty needs very little maintenance, but every 6-9 months, you should take a damp
cloth and wipe the inner lining of the bag. This bag acts as a secondary HEPA filter,
removing fine dust, working in combination with the disposable bag.
When you are done vacuuming, you can tilt the machine slightly backwards and easily
wheel the machine back to the closet.
The Bank Heavy Duty has a heavy duty power switch that gives you thousands and thousands
of clicks. There is no cable to the switch, so it will not wear down, and it is the highest
commercial quality switch.
The Bank Heavy Duty has six height adjustment positions, from the thickest levels of ***
carpet, all the way down to the commercial carpeting you would find in a bowling alley.
To properly use the height adjustment, start with the vacuum cleaner above the carpet you
want to vacuum, turn on the vacuum cleaner, and lower the height adjustment one notch
at a time, until you hear a hum in the pitch of the vacuum. When you hear the hum, you
have reached the correct position.
The benefit of this is less tension on the belt, while still maintaining maximum air
flow and the roller brush hitting the carpet with proper agitation.
The Bank Heavy Duty has a Super Magnet Bar, so if you pick up a paperclips, little screws,
or the like, they will stick to the bumper, rather than go into the motor.
The machine also has a one inch rubber bumper on the side so you do not scratch walls or
baseboards.
The Bank Heavy Duty has a quick clean feature. With restaurants, there is a lot of build-up
of grease. The Bank Heavy duty has two easily removable screws, allowing you to remove the
bottom plate and clean the bottom of the unit yourself. This also allows you to make sure
the fan is rotating freely and determine whether the machine may need additional service.
The belt on The Bank Heavy Duty is a high tension, round belt. It is placed in a hair
and thread guard on the brushroll so hair and thread do not get caught on the belt.
When you do need to change the belt, it is the easiest to change belt.
The brushroll on The Bank Heavy Duty has rubberized ends to absorb the heat of the roller on the
lexon base. This lexon base will last 20 years.
There is a hair and thread guard on the brushroll, preventing hair and thread from tangling on
the belt, there are two rows of bristles on the rollerbrush, and the brushroll is a metal,
double ball-bearing, allowing it to rotate freely.
The brush roll has a helix design, allowing the fast spinning brush to move the dust and
debris more easily from the outside of the machine to the bag.
The Bank Heavy Duty is certified by the Carpet and Rug Institute.
