On my model, I'm going to use a sheer foundation, something that's more of a tinted moisturizer.
She has really nice skin and this look isn't about how much foundation you're wearing,
it's about the eyes and the lips, and so, I just want her skin to look nice and fresh
and natural. So, I'm going to use a sheer foundation, tinted moisturizer type foundation.
And I'm going to use it with a brush, you can use a sponge but sponges tend to soak
up your product, or you could use your fingertips, but that get messy, so I always recommend
a foundation brush. I'm just going to put a light coat of this foundation all over her
face. Just blend it in just a little bit, like I said, this is not about how much foundation
we're putting on. We just want to blend this in to just even out the skin tone, make her
face look nice and smooth. And, I like using, like I said, a nice foundation brush, this
works really well. Make sure you go around the eye area, you know, you want to use this
as a concealer as well, really concentrate it in certain areas that need it, like around
the nose or underneath the eyes. And, I always like to take a little bit just down the neck,
just so there's no line of demarcation, like everything looks smooth and blended. Look
up. Like I said, around the eye area, make sure you put a little around the eye area,
around the edges of the nose, wherever it's red or if you have a blemish, a little blemish
here, just a teeny tiny bit. And then, once the foundation is on nice and smooth and it's
all blended in, you just want to take a little bit of pressed powder, or loose powder, I
like the pressed because it's not as messy, with a nice big brush and you just want to
dust that on top of the face. That's just going to set the foundation, smooth out the
skin, soak up the oil. You don't want to put too much around the eye area, powders tend
to kind of set in the lines of the eyes and make them look dry, so we want to avoid too
much powder around the eye area. But, really dust a nice coat of powder around the rest
of the face and a little bit down the neck, don't forget the neck, to make everything
look nice and smooth. We want the skin to look perfect, but not look like it has a ton
of foundation on it, like she naturally has this gorgeous skin, she just wakes up in th
morning looking like this. And there we go.
