Let’s take a look at your shoulder here. I’m going to go ahead and bring your arm
out of your gown like this, and tell me does it hurt at all if I push here?
Not too bad. OK, how about if I bring your arm up?
There are lots of different kinds of shoulder pain. This program is about one of the most
common—shoulder impingement—sometimes called rotator cuff tendonitis or shoulder
bursitis.
The good news is that shoulder impingement almost always gets better with self-care that
you can do at home.
That’s what this program is all about—showing you what you can do to feel better.
