Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making Albondigas soup. Now we are
adding in our strips now that the oil has speed and you hear that nice sizzle. Right
away it's going to be a great garnish for our soup and if you have a pair of tongs that
is great. I'm using a slotted spoon here and we're going to be able to move these little
crunchy strips, just move them around a little so they don't stick completely together. So
you want to turn your heat off and make sure you don't forget that step and I got my paper
towel over a plate right here. You can hear that crispness already it has been a little
over a minute and I like to transfer them over to the plate, again you can use tongs
for this. A slotted spoon is great
and just put the pan aside and you have a great garnish.
