This video will show you how to use
the basic features of Transcend’s Wi-Fi SD card
Transcend’s Wi-Fi SD card
instantly adds wireless capability to your digital camera
Insert the Wi-Fi SD card and turn on the camera
Together with the free Wi-Fi SD app
it allows you to effortlessly browse photos
on your mobile device
and share via Facebook or email friends
The Wi-Fi SD card operates in two modes
Direct Share and Internet Mode
By default
Direct Share mode is activated when the camera is powered on
and includes two features
Browse and Shoot & View
Go to the Wi-Fi connection settings of your mobile device
and connect to the network called "WIFISD"
Once connected
launch the Transcend Wi-Fi SD app
The first time you use the Wi-Fi SD app
the quick set up menu will appear
Follow the on screen instructions to set up your Wi-Fi SD card
To save time
you can also skip the hotspot setup
and complete the Internet settings at a later time
Start by tapping Browse
and select a folder to wirelessly review the images and files
stored on your Wi-Fi SD card
Besides browsing photos
you can also download them to your device
Tap the icon at the bottom of the screen
to view all photos that have been downloaded to your device
Select Shoot & View
Take a picture using your digital camera
The image will then automatically appear
on the screen of your mobile device
This gives you the advantage of viewing
high resolution digital images
on the larger screen of your smartphone or tablet
for editing and sharing with the app of your choice
Shoot & View also gives you the ability to make adjustments
and preview them while shooting
This assures you get the best shot each time
Go to the Settings menu and select Internet Mode Settings
Key in the network name and password of the nearby Internet hotspot
then tap apply
Tap yes to switch to Internet Mode
Exit the app
and go to the Wi-Fi connection settings of your mobile device
Connect to the same hotspot you just set up in the Wi-Fi SD app
Re-launch the Wi-Fi SD app and log in
Now you can email photos from the Wi-Fi SD card to friends
or share your photos on Facebook
