Hey it's Di & Mo! Our one simple change right now for the month of
November is we are thankful, thankful we have great nutrition every day in our
bodies. Thankful that we don't get sick very very often if at all. Thankful that
we get to share this with all of our family and friends that we love and that
we share the good news of great health around the world. But most of all I am
thankful for pumpkin. You are! Are we making something pumpkin today. Yes, but before we
tell you what we're gonna be doing today please subscribe below to the Di-n-Mo SHOW

catch up you can sit down and catch up in the holiday season so what we're
making today is pumpkin pie parfait so we have something already started made
so it's 1/2 a cup of almond milk, it's 2 scoops of our vanilla complete shake mix
and guess what's in there Mo vegetables oh I wouldn't say plants and through and
you know what there's pumpkin puree powder in there Oh double whammy on the
pumpkin and then we're gonna add some pumpkin puree which pumpkin is an
amazing source of vitamin A so that helps I am going to add in some vanilla
and I'm going to add in some pumpkin pie spice all kinds of spices here we have
cinnamon pumpkin spice spice and some pensee spice pumpkin pie seasoning so
it's the same kind of spices that you would use for a normal pumpkin pie the
main difference that what we're doing is we took out the milk the acid and
we took out the sugar more acid. Let's try to get this mixed up a little bit more, see if we
can use a spoon Yeah! Ok, there it goes I got it! We're whisking!
It's all plant-based so we're eating this on
amazing pumpkin pie parfait and its plant-based so let's make one up for our
folks to see so we have the pumpkin pie filling we're going to spoon some of
that in. Super thick! Then what kind of whipped cream did we find Mo? Oh we
have coconut, coconut whipped cream so let's put a little dab of that in there
I'm double-*** it with a whisk and this guy. Let's put some whipped cream in
there, then we found gluten-free snicker doodles. Yum! We got rid of the gluten, so
it's non-gmo, and gluten-free. Put some of that in there and layer with another big
scoop of pumpkin pie filling. Yum! Some more of our coconut whip cream and then to dress it up
a little bit we're gonna put a little sprinkle on the cinnamon and a
snickerdoodle gluten-free right on top there you go, okay wipe our face
nobody at your Thanksgiving table will know they're eating tons of nutrition
fruits and vegetables in our complete shake mix. Let's do this!
Let's take a taste Mo! Taste this one. Of course you would, because that
one's overflowing. Let's taste it Mmmm! I am thankful! I am thankful! Very
