Alright, this is our new mobile kiosk. Very integrated, not only in aesthetic reasons
but functionality as well. At the end of the night when you’re done using this mobile
kiosk, you basically flip this piece up, you flip these wings down, you lock everything
up and it’s completely secure – secure from the elements as well as any theft. You’ll
notice the area for the menu board, very easy to interchange. The menu board can be simply
pulled out, a new menu board printed, and a new menu board put in place. Just to give
our customers a lot of flexibility. You know, menu needs changed, so as that happens, then
they can change their menu out and they’re not stuck with something that they’re no
longer serving. This unit does feature a self-contained handwash sink. The handwash sink has a fresh
water tank as well as a waste water tank in it. So, the customer is able to set up very
easily for handwashing. It does have a hot water tank as well as a water pump in it.
The center piece here is either a refrigerated or a freezer. And also a cash drawer area.
So as you can see, it has really everything that a customer would need to set up a mobile
kiosk. The end shelves fold up, and as these end shelves fold up and this piece is pushed
into place, you’ll notice there are pins that lock that end shelf in place. So again,
you lock it up, and you’re able to walk away from the unit. This is on a pull-out
track, so when you need to remove your reach-in to clean behind it, it’s very easy to pull
that track out, clean behind your unit and push it back in. Another thing that I want
to point out is that when this bar is pulled down, this bar acts as a locking mechanism
for the whole entire piece. So, all of these individual components no longer need to be
locked individually. This bar locks them all. So again, just, giving our customers the options
to set up shop relatively quickly, and then tear down quickly as well. And then, another
nice thing that’s built into it is the CD/MP3 player as well as the wings acting as a gutter
system. If it was to rain, the wings act as a gutter, and all of the waste, or all of
the rain water goes out the front of the unit. Like I said, a lot of functionality, a lot
of aesthetics, all built into one small piece.
