Increasingly people travel to Bangkok for a tattoo and it seems to make sense.
Check it out, but in the case of more comprehensive and larger designs you could be looking at
a tattoo and a vacation for about the same price as a tattoo in your own country and
that adds up to a free or very reasonably priced vacation.
March Tattooist in the Khaosan Road, Bangkok is often frequented by foreigners and has
a growing reputation. Much of his business is generated by word of mouth.
The mild mannered owner, called March because he was born in March, has achieved success
in international competition and prides himself on his professionalism and standard of work.
Because he's usually busy it's best to contact him before traveling to make appropriate arrangements.
Designs will need to be discussed and studio time agreed upon.
Initially, contact through facebook is best.
The address on the screen is also included a link in the description below this video.
The option exists to choose a design yourself or ask March to create one based on your ideas.
He is an accomplished artist, having graduated from the well regarded Poh-Chang Academy of
Arts in Bangkok.
If you haven't already contacted him but are in Bangkok and want a tattoo you may be lucky
enough to find he can accommodate you. It does sometimes happen.
His modern studio is by the reception desk of the Rikka Inn, one of the major hotels
along the Khaosan Road.
Finally, for clarification, I have no professional or personal interest in March's business.
I was engaged on another project which included visiting his studio, was impressed and decided
to make this video.
