In this next clip I'm going to be checking the stuffing. I'm 15 minutes into it. I just
want to make sure it's not undercooked or overcooked. I'm going to take a wet towel
so I don't burn myself and just a simple toothpick. You're going to open it carefully so you don't
burn yourself of course. We're going to lift up the foil a little bit. Still looking real
good. Probably needs to be cooked a little more. Just to make sure I'm going to poke
it with the toothpick. And as you can see the breads still a little soggy. So it could
probably withstand the 5 more minutes that it will be cooking at. Just going to push
it back in. Close it back up. And when the 20 minutes is up in about 5 minutes. I will
be checking it again. And if it is undercooked I'm just going to continue cooking it 5 more
minutes. But I'm more sure 20 minutes is the necessary amount you will need.
