RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in New York City. And today on behalf
of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make curry phyllo triangles. All right,
so we're back. Utensils are really common and easy utensils. I just want to make mention
that olive oil in the first segment with ingredients, you might need some butter too. It depends
on when you're working with phyllo dough and the room temperature of your house, a lot
of things are taking effect but sometimes a little butter to rub on helps it better
than the oil. All right with that said, we're going to need a cutting board, and I'd swear
by our silicone cutting board, a chopping knife--a good chopping knife, also you might
need a small paring knife. We're going to need a brush and you can just get a regular--I
buy sometimes at the hardware store, I just get a whole bunch of regular brushes that
are on sale and I use them to cook with, a spatula, a spoon to fill our filling. We're
going to need a baking pan, a bowl to put all our stuff in. And of course, we're going
to need our skillet in the back for when we brown our meat and also fry up our tomato
and our garlic and our potato and onion. You can't forget the onion. So that said, simple
utensils that you should have right around your house. Let's make this today. Come on.
It's going to be fun. We're going to have some nice pastry puffs, people come in and
you pop one of them in their mouth, you hand them a glass of wine, you say, "Welcome to
my home! Let's eat."
