I read an article the other day that I wanted
to share with you in case you didn't get a chance to see it. As I've been saying,
it appears that home sales in the Sacramento region are slowing down and prices are stabilizing...
although they still remain much higher than a year ago.
Historically speaking, home sales in the Sacramento region typically drop off from August to September.
This year, however, the seasonal dip was particularly steep, a byproduct of fewer investor buyers,
rising prices, and a few other factors. I've put the link below where you can read
the article if you're interested in finding out more.
It still continues to be a great time to buy or sell now, so if you or someone you know
is sitting on the fence, and not sure what to do, please send them my way and I'd be
happy to answer any questions. Do me a favor and share this on your Facebook
page or send it to someone that can use it. I'd also appreciate any comments below or
subscribe to receive further updates. I'll see you again soon! Thanks and have
a Great day.
