we are a nationally chartered bank regulated by the OCC
and we have 190 money service business customers the customer base is throughout the United
States as well as in Hawaii and Porto Rico
in the last three years we have grown from 90 to 190 MSBs
when I look at these customers I have to know who these customers are
what kind of business they are to be and if what we are we are going to do for them
is feasible and if what they are going to provide to us
is acceptable when I first started at this institution
they did not utilize Banker's Toolbox they utilized a different vendor
it didn't capture the information in a manner that would easy to continue to monitor
it was easy to put a comment in the wrong place or you thought you put it in
and it wasn't there anywhere the tracking of reports specific to my customer
base was really almost impossible to do
they didn't have criteria fields that allowed me to say okay this is what this customer
is and I just want to see their activity
Banker's Toolbox is very user friendly it's so easy for just a new employee to come
in and start using it with very minimal training Banker's Toolbox also very friendly very helpful
staff so it makes it very easy BAM helps me monitor my MSBs I love the fact
that you already have the prearranged criterias which you can adjust and you can
also add in the tags which is wonderful I have never seen that in any other
product and the tags is very helpful because that
way you and distinguish the services and products it's easy if you are dealing with examiners
and they want to know who are all your customers that have armored car services, instead on
going to the departments okay give me a query you have the ability
to pull that information and hand it to them immediately
BAM is very user friendly extremely accessible and whenever you have a suggestion or recommendation
they love taking them and a lot of times they will consider it and you see it the next
implementation so its wonderfulits its good to know that they listen
