Hi I'm Leah on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make some
quick and easy Turkish dishes. So we're almost ready to start making the rolls. The first
thing we're going to need to do though is, go ahead and separate the yolk and the white
of the egg. We're going to use some egg white to brush on top that is going to make it turn
our golden brown and give it a really nice color. So, over the sink I'm going to separate
the white out from it and we'll just keep the yolk behind, just back and forth. Drop
it in there and we'll just beat it with a fork. Again, this is what we're going to use
to brush on top and it's going to help it crisp up and give it a really pretty golden
brown color. Okay, that looks good.
