from this time in February 2013. The number of new pendings was 73. This was up 14.1%
from January 2014 but down 1.4% from February a year ago. The number of closed sales was.
This was up 24.3% from January and up 4.5% from February in 2013. The median sold price
was $277,500. This is up 2.8% from January of this year and up 23.3% from February 2013.
The number of active listings is 233. In January the number of active listings was 213 and
in February of last year the number of active listings 200. The average days on market was
123. In January the average days on market stood at 103 and in February of 2013 the average
days on market was 73. The average sold to original list price ratio for February was
91.5%. In January of this year the ratio was 93.3% and in February of 2013 the ratio was
