Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make a stuffed mirliton pirogue.
Okay now I'm going to tell you the recipe and the ingredients that you are going to
need. You are going to need 2 mirlitons, 1/2 pound of shrimp, 1/4 cup of diced bacon, 2
tablespoon of butter, a 1/4 minced onion, a 1/4 cup of minced celery, 2 tablespoons
of chopped garlic, 2 tablespoons of diced tomato, a 1/4 cup of flour, 2 tablespoon of
tomato sauce, a cup of shrimp stock, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 green onions chopped,
salt and pepper, hot sauce to taste and parsley to garnish. And don't forget the bread crumbs.
