Let's put this together now just for fun to see how it would look. So if we take a body
weight exercise and then we make it into a heat training and then maybe we do a little
bit of stretching right after, put the three together so you can see the concept and how
it might work for you. Okay. Let's keep it really simple as well. So, let's go back to
that squat position and I'm going to do a squat with my heels up a little bit which
is a little different, it's going to focus on the front part of my, the lower part of
my leg in the front of my knee. So I'm going to take this one by arms up, right here. Okay,
so right away, I'm making this look simple, I hope, but it's not because I'm balancing
myself. So this is a body weight exercise, right here, okay. So I'm doing this with my
heels lifted. I'm going to take it into the heat training right. So now I'm going to go
fast. I'm going to do leaps, "shhh", "shhh", "shhh", shhh", okay. And I'm going to try
for about four more. My arms up, three, two, one; "hooh", and I'm going to open up and
stretch through my shoulders. I'm going to take it forward and I'm going to quickly turn
here to the side, stretch the quad, and let's say I did both quads and maybe my hamstrings,
shake it out. So do that three times and boy, will you really feel it work out. I'm Tina
Anderson and this is Playground Fitness. A concept that I develop to keep fitness simple
and fun. Head out to the playground with your friends, with a spouse, with co-workers. You
don't even need equipment. You just need your body, some fitness clothes and you're ready
to go. Get out on the playground and have some fun. I'm Tina Anderson.
