In this clip I'm going to show you another way to warm up for a Belly Dance that I call
Offering. We're going to open our legs a little bit wider. Toes slightly out to the side.
We're going to inhale, reach our arms up, and exhale bend the knees, contract forward.
Inhale stretch the legs, lift the hips as high as you can, exhale bend the knees, let
the hips come through, cross at the wrists and come back up to center. Inhale reach,
exhale fold over. Inhale stretch the legs as much as you can, exhale bend the knees,
cross at the wrists and come back up, standing nice and tall. Again. Inhale, and exhale.
Inhale, lift as much as you can through the hips, exhale, bend the knees and rolling up,
press the feet into the floor and come back to center position.
