Hi.
Mr. Hiles likes talking about himself in third person so this announcement is all going to be done in third person. there's
Mr. Hiles likes it if you turn your work in on time.
There is a pacing schedule that you can follow
and then you can find that by
looking at the course documents, or
you can follow the course calendar
it happens to also be a Google Calendar so you can add it to your iPhone or Android
And you can look at the assignments that are due each week
There are also class discussions
that you have to do each week. There are posts due
every week. You have to do at least
one post by Wednesday night. You also have two replies by Sunday night.
Mr. Hiles likes extra credit.
so how you can get extra credit is by turning in your work ahead of time.
If your turn in your work early
you may notice that Mr. Hiles gives you
some extra points. Also if you do more than one post and more than two
replies each week
you may also see Mr. Hiles give you extra points.
Let's see here.
This class is required to
graduate
you being second-semester seniors, it is very dangerous if you get behind
and don't do your work
another thing to point out
with online economics
there are a lot of tests and not so many projects as opposed to what you had in online government.
however that means though the projects that you do do
are worth more points than the tests
so you won't be able to skate by with just doing tests. You also have to do the projects or
you'll be in danger of not passing and not walking.
uh... Mr. Hiles also hopes you have a great semester and Mr. Hiles looks
forward to seeing you up there on the graduation stage.
