We're going to demo a bingo distributor return
You will go to http://www.webtax.org and enter your user I.D. and password.
choose "Business Accounts".
and you'll find your bingo distributor account. Once you locate it, you'll click on the account.
As you notice on the tax account information page under "Account Management"
there is a link called file a distributor return. Click it
and it will bring you to the start page.
Choose your filing year
and the filing month
and click "Continue".
This will take you to schedule one pull tabs.
Here you may manually add your pull tabs
by entering in your invoice date,
the organization license
which will automatically
bring up the name of that organization.
Type in the invoice number,
the manufacturer's name, the serial number
and the total retail sales.
Click "Save and Add" and it will save all the information except for the game serial number and the total retail sales.
Once you have entered in
all of the information for schedule one you'll choose the back button
and you'll notice
that the data has been saved on the screen.
If you have them in an excel spreadsheet you will save it as a comma delimited file.
Choose the upload file button. Use the help button to ensure that your columns are in the correct order needed
for uploading. Remeber to save it as a comma delimited, or CSV, file.
Browse for the file, choose that file and click "Upload".
Once you have uploaded everything
you'll look it over. If there is one you wish to delete you will select the check box in front of it and click "Delete Selected".
If there is anything you may need to edit, choose the "Edit" link to edit that line. Once you
upload everything and the totals match you may choose "Continue".
This will take you to schedule two.
Again, if you have a file to upload, yo may choose the "File Upload" button.
For help with uploading a file you may choose the help under upload file.
To manually add, you will click the add button.
Once you've entered the data you'll click "Save and Add".
If there's more data you will enter it in and click "Save and Ad". Click the "Back" button when you are finished.
It will save all of your data. If you need to delete a line you'll click the check box next to it
and click "Delete Selected". If you need to edit any information
Click the "Edit" button.
If your totals are good and everything else looks good, click the "Continue" button.
You will come to the tax returns summary page where you'll see
everything calculated out - the tax due for schedule one and two and finally
your totals.
If everything looks good, click "Continue". If something is in error, click "Back" to go back to
either schedule two or schedule one and make changes.
Click "Continue" when you're ready
and it will take you to the payment page.
You may choose an ACH debit, or a check with voucher.
If you choose ACH debit
you will choose your due date or next business day.
If you have an existing account you may choose it, or go below and add bank routing number, account number and
what account type that will be. If you don't want that information to save you'll need to check the "Do not save" button.
For this tutorial we're going to choose "Check with Voucher".
Click Continue.
Next you will review one last time that everything is correct including including payment type.
Put in your name
and check the check box that says this is a correct and complete return.
Click "Submit return".
You will see your confirmation page and there will be a link that says "View Voucher".
