>> In this video I'd like to show you how
to check your grades with an "Angel."
It's a fairly simple process,
but let's walk through the steps.
I've logged in to my course.
I'm going to go up to the report tab.
When I get to the report console,
I want you to notice there are two tabs.
There's one called "Report Setting,"
and one called "Saved Reports."
I'm going to stay in "Report Setting" for now.
Underneath that, it says "Choose your report the category."
I'm going to use the drop down box
under category and choose "Grades."
When I do this, my screen will redraw very quickly here,
and now the trick is you have to look way to the right hand side
and click on the "Run" button I can now see
that for this particular student,
out of the possible points so far
in the class, they have scored 50%.
So in the very first assignment, Lesson Zero,
do your assignment here, there was a possible 10 points
for that, 100 points and they got 10 on it.
No comments for that one.
If I look at Lesson One, another one they got ten points.
They got 100%.
The next one, Lesson Two, is worth 10 points.
They got no points.
It said, "I could not find what you had to do for that one."
Lesson Three, they got all the points possible...
a good start, I have to admit, and on and on
down through your course.
So make sure you do look and scroll through your whole list
to see what your grades are.
If you have any questions or comments, of course,
you would contact your teacher.
Now, let me show you what else you can do with this.
Once you've set up the fact that you want the category of grades,
way over on the right hand side,
we saw that there was a button for "Run."
Way over there.
There's also a button for "Save,"
so that I can save this report that I'm looking for the fact
that it's my grades, the fact that it's student grades,
my name, all this stuff, so I don't have to go
through all of this again.
So let me show you how to do this.
I'm going to click on the "Save" button, and at this point,
a funny little box will pop up, and it says,
"Enter your report name."
Well, I'm going to call it "Cathy's Grades,"
and I'll click "Save."
A little funny box still pops up
and says "Your report's been saved," so, I'm just going
to click on the "X" to close that.
Now, the next time I want to look at my grades,
I'm going to get into "Angel," I'm going to click
on the report tab, I'm going to come to this window,
and I'm going to click on the option for "Saved Reports."
Here's what I saved.
I called mine "Cathy's Grades."
I want to see my grades.
I just click, and it will run the same exact report it ran
before, and I can scroll down
and start looking through my grades.
Such a much faster way to get your grades.
Thanks for watching.
I hope this helped.
