Another way to practice warrior one, a standing pose with your partner, is to stand back to
back and Gina and I are going to demonstrate that for you now. We're going to turn back
to back. You should always lengthen up through your spine, and centering through the center
of your body. I'm going to take my left leg and I'm going to step it forward and Gina
is going to take her front leg and step it back. Now you're going to bend into that front
leg sinking down into your warrior. Now tilt our tail bone in and draw your belly down
and square your hips so they are right square in front underneath your shoulder blades.
We're going to inhale and stretch up and just take a moment to press in to your feet and
lengthen up. Tilt your tail bone under and then we are going to take the head back, bringing
your hands together, good.
