We're here with Mark from Vortex Optics and Mark, tell us a little bit about we'll see new
in rifle scopes from Vortex in 2012.
Two rifle scopes, or riflescope series that I'm really excited about
that are new for 2012
are right here from us right now.
This riflescope that's mounted on top of this rifle is a new addition to our Viper HSLR
Series. This is a first focal plane six to twenty four.
It's gotten exposed target style elevation op, capped windage, thirty
millimeter tube, excellent optics. For a guy that's into long-range
positioning or shooting, or wants to extend his effective range while hunting,
this is definitely going to be a sweetheart of a rifle scope.
I also hear you got some new scopes coming out in two thousand
twelve, you want to talk a little bit about those too?
Definitely, also very exciting
We completely redesigned our Crossfire Line for 2012
so the other Crossfire's no doubt they are a great scope
but these new Crossfire's are clearer, tougher, better eye relief,
all-around they're just a really really solid rifle scope. You know, I guess
for Vortex, they are
our entry riflescope line but
they certainly don't act like one once you get one on top of
something. Cool, so let's go through it,
the Viper HSLR First Focal Plane, when can we expect to see that on
the market?
Probably I'd say some time late summer early fall.
Late summer, early fall, and what about the Crossfire Line?
You know, probably sometime this spring.
Sometime this spring, ok, so
the new Crossfire Scopes, coming out this spring
and the Viper HSLR FFP
late summer/early fall, so be sure to look out, catch those scopes when they hit the shelves
