Well hello there you learning learners and welcome to part 1 of the 8 concentration techniques.
And here we go with technique number 1. Which is that you take some sleep. You can't focus
when your only thought is sleep. So how much sleep do you need? I recommend that you sleep
for at least 8 hours a night. To feel awake and being able to concentrate. Now let's move
on to the second technique. The second technique is that you eat healthy food like vegetables
or fish. These foods contain vital supplements for a good working brain which you need for
concentration. And try to avoid sugar because sugar will not help you to concentrate. Concentration
means focus. You can't focus when your room is a mess. So the third technique is to clean
your room or desk. Remove everything that can distract you and make sure your room is
well lit. And the final concentration technique of part 1 is to reward yourself after you've
finished a task. We are able to focus when we know that there is a reward waiting for
us at the end. And you brain will know that when it has finished a task it will receive
a treat. Therefore a hard task isn't so hard anymore because we all love treats, don't
we? So learning learners what have we learned toady? First we have learned to sleep for
at least 8 hours a night for maximum concentration. Secondly we have learned to eat healthy food.
Then we have learned to clean up our room or desk. and finally we have learned to reward
yourself after you've finished a task. And that's it for part 1. I hope it was useful
and I will see you next time.
