Siobhan: OK, if Jamie is not back by 11, make sure you call him right.
There's that pie in the fridge for tea and some left over sausage.
Don't work too hard Pete. That show you like is on at 8 o'clock. Make
sure you don't miss it. What do you make of this outfit then, ay?
It's one of Frankie's, we are celebrating tonight.
Pete: What again? That sister of yours is like a bloody teenager
and now she's got you dressing like one Siobhan: Come on Pete, Gaz has just walked
out on her don't begrudge her a night out. She deserves a bit of fun doesn't she?
Pete: Well if you're dressed like that, I dread to think what she'll be wearing.
It's too much for the bingo, there will be bloody heart attacks.
Siobhan: We're not going to the bingo, were celebrating Frankie's new job at the supermarket.
Pete: Oh great, well that means she'll be earning enough money to move out then doesn't
it? Siobhan: Come one Pete. I know its hard having
your sister-in-law to stay but it's only been a month, she'll be back on her feet soon enough.
Pete: But in the meantime, she's doing my bloody head in.
I've noticed the kids have picked up some of fun aunty Frankie's bad habits.
She's got to go. Siobhan: Come on Pete, you would do exactly
the same thing for your brother if Christina walked out on him, wouldn't you?
Pete: Yeah but he doesn't wear mini skirts and too much perfume and lives off alco-pops
and ***, and spends at least two hours in the bathroom, does he?
Look I know she's family and I can see you're just doing your best to help her.
Siobhan: Thanks Pete! You've been really good about this so far.
I do get that. Frankie does too, you know. Pete: Yeah well spilling coffee on my council
application form is a funny way of showing it.
Siobhan: I know its hard looking for a job, especially with the kids off school and Frankie
here, but... It's just bad timing.
We'll be able to laugh about this one day, come on.
Pete: Yeah I suppose so. Look if she is going to be staying we need
to talk about some rules. Just some small one's so she doesn't take the ***.
Siobhan: Like what? Pete: Like no smoking in the house.
Siobhan: Like you don't Pete: I never smoke in the house
Siobhan: Come on Pete: OK, so may be I forget to shut the door
now and then, but Alright, I don't like it when she swears in
front of the kids. Siobhan: Yeah I know what you mean.
Pete: Alright So you'll have a word with her tonight?
Siobhan: I don't know, she's my big sis, it's hard for me to lay down the law.
Pete: Well I can't say anything. If I say anything she just ignores me.
She is your sister. Siobhan: OK, If I get the chance I'll talk
to her about it tonight, right, but if I do, you have got to promise to back off. Let me
sort it, right? Pete: Done
Siobhan: Done Pete: Actually, it is a bit short.
But you really look good.
