I'm very glad that you're visiting my site today.
If you're on this website chances are you're in your 40's, like myself, or your 50's, 60's,
maybe even in your 70's and you know it's time to get serious about your fitness.
You're ready lose weight and get leaner. To increase functional strength.
To protect your posture and your balance. To increase your flexibility.
So let's get to work!
First off, the free resources. Up at the top you'll see a tab called Fitness
blog You can click on it and read the articles
on strength training and your health that I write from time to time
Secondly, over on the top right you'll find the sign-up for our Younger You Newsletter.
Every other week you'll get a short bulletin, packed with information and current trends
in exercise and active aging.
Immediately after signing up you'll be sent an 18 page manual called "Keeping fit in your
40's 50's and far beyond." It's got articles, motivational quotes, a
glossary of weight training terms, even an introduction to some basic weight training
exercises
And Finally, I always like to offer a FREE personal training session
This makes it a no pressure situation for me or you,because there's no money involved.
We're just finding out if we're a good fit together
I've got dumbbells, benches, balls, bands, so I can train you in your home, your work,
your condo fitness center , and of course, you can join in our small group training class.
