Peak Pro is a registered trademark of Bias Incorporated and I am in no way affiliated
with Bias Incorporated. In this lesson I am going to be teaching you how to add markers
and regions to your wave forms in Peak Pro. If you want to make sure you have your cursor
selected and come down and click somewhere in your wave form. If you want to add a marker
there all you have to do is come up to the top and click the new marker button and as
you can see its going to add a marker there and give it a name and if you're not happy
with where your marker is at, all you have to do is click the triangle at the bottom
of it and you can click and drag that around and put it wherever you want and you can add
as many markers as you want. So I am going to add a couple more markers there and if
you want to add a region to you wave form. All you have to do is click and drag your
cursor to make a selection there and when you come up to the top and click the new region
button. Thats going to bring up your edit region dialog and you can come in manually
put your start and end here. But I am just going to go ahead and click OK and its going
to create some markers for my region here and that denoted as yellow markers and you
can just like with the markers click and drag the beginning and end of your region here.
Now if you come up to the top right and click the button right here. The open and close
drawer thats going to bring out a drawer. Let me drag it over here so you can see it
and what you can do here is quickly navigator between your markers and regions. You can
switch between markers and regions by clicking on the show markers and show region buttons
here. I am going to click on show markers and If I want quickly go to say, marker ten.
All I have to do is double click on marker ten and its going to quickly take me to that
marker and if click if I click play. You will see it starts playing from there and can do
the same thing with the regions as well. So you can quickly navigate around your wave
form using your markers and regions.
