I want to take a minute or two of your time to discuss the importance of knowing how
your home is being marketed.
The explosion of technology has spawned a different approach to real estate
marketing than that of just a few short years ago.
It is no longer about the open house,
the ad in the newspaper or in one of those shiny real estate magazines that no
longer exists.
It is now all about the photos and more recently video.
The more online photos, the more attention a property receives.
Sadly though, some sellers are being shortchanged by the poor quality of
photos being used to showcase their homes.
As a seller it is now easier than ever to see how your home is being advertised...
simply go online and look.
If the photos of your home look anything like these,
under exposed and poorly lit,
out-of-focus,
overexposed and unbalanced color,
photos put in upside down or sideways,
or photos of
absolutely nothing,
it might be time to hold your agent's feet to the fire
and insist that the photos are fixed immediately.
Remember there are potentially billions of people who will see these photos
and they should be nothing less than top-notch.
So make sure that all aspects of your home, ALL aspects of your home are
properly
"exposed!"
I'll see you next time.
