My name is Mike Myers. I am the owner of Legion Marketing; my expertise is in nightlife. I
believe that I know the best and brightest of everything that's in Las Vegas. I can help
you skip the lines, skip the bad spots, basically cut the fat.
The weather in Las Vegas is not 105 like everybody thinks. Sure, June through August is way too
hot. Wherever you go from air conditioned hotels to air conditioned cabs and limos,
to air conditioned restaurants and clubs. Unless you're actually walking the strip,
you don't even notice.
Actually, my wife has a good rule of thumb: the warmer it is outside, the colder it is
inside. So don't forget to bring a cover up or a little jacket when you're going out at
night. She's always chilly because the casinos blast the AC to entice the tourists on the
strip to come inside and gamble and spin.
For the most part, March through May is beautiful. June through August is too hot and September
and October amazing weather again with 80 and calm winds. The winter months are kind
of a crap shoot. It's usually a little bit windy and either in the 40s and 50s. But I
happen to love jackets and I get to show them off during those months so, at least it's
not snowing.
