To clean up this, there's not a whole lot of things that you need to do. So to put finishing
touches on, pull these knots really tight. Just to make sure that they're not going to
come undone. And same, on the other side. Just shove them, down there as much as you
can. Cut that. Now this one got a little longer, so I'm going to cut it again. So we brought
those two. Now in the end side, I want to round one side of my pages, off. So I kind
of, like how this is torn and just stays straight. So on this end, I'm going to get my page rounder.
Just stick that on it. If you have any kind of fancy ones, that you use for scrap booking.
This is a great time to get them out. Get all those pages rounded. And that gives a
little unique twist. Then if you wanted to you know, you could round this leather off.
I don't have good scissors. So I don't want to do that, right now. But, I got to round
that and then, leave that one straight. So that it will match the inside. And there is
your finished travel journal. You can toss that, in your purse. It's really easy to take
along with you. It looks great. I'm going to keep mine really simple. I might do a lot
of writing. So I'm going to you know, just have my blank pages and my blank cover. There's
many variations that you can do on that. Like I said before. You can add some that have
two. If you have a longer book. You know, just put these joints in on either side of
the binding. And then, also you know, you've got. You should have skills now, to be able
to make your own journals. And give these as gifts. Or make them with your kids as a
family activity. It's a great way to have bonding. You can also have parties with your
friends and do this. If they're crafters. So you've got your travel journal. You've
got your coffee table journal. So get out there and sketch and write. And some other
variations on this one that you can do, also. You know, I'd showed these at the beginning.
But just to re-iterate, you can do the one with one. Not in both. Then you can also,
if you want to get fancy. You can do three. Takes a little more work because you're going
to be cutting holes and measuring. But that's another fun way. And this one has the rounded
tip. In the other ones, I used the flat tip. So, thank you for joining us. I hope, you've
enjoyed this segment. I've really enjoyed being able to teach you the skill that I've
learned. Because I know, it saved me a lot of money. And I hope that you make some wonderful,
beautiful creations. Thank you!
