Sepia potatoes and mussels (Recipes Canned)
We cook the potatoes (10 minutes), then the escurriremos the pelaremos and reserve.
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces in a casserole we add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté all the vegetables.
Cut the potatoes into wedges and fry in a pan with olive oil.
Add a little tomato sauce mussels, mix and set aside.
Cut the cuttlefish / squid / cuttlefish in reacione, using a sharp knife we make shallow cuts.
In a hot skillet brown them on both sides squid. with some olive oil.
Assemble the dish as we like.
And ready to eat and enjoy.
