O'kay guys now what we are going to go is go into what we call a fake neck roll. It
is called a fake neck roll because it technically doesn't rotate around your neck entirely and
you never lose contact with it with your hands. So you start the same way you would a full
neck roll. You push across where normally you would release and reach to grab to the
other side. You are actually going to grab on this side with your right hand. So we start
here, we come across and this is the end I'm going to grab, right here. Then stop. Now
it doesn't look like a whole lot just coming across and grabbing but if you do this quickly
it can actually come across as you have actually done the neck roll especially when you do
this into spinning combinations whereas this can leave you here, this is a different option
for coming back and doing baseball swings this way or going into shoulder combinations.
The full neck roll will finish you over here where you are across your body. So a lot of
times fake neck rolls are adopted in to where regular neck rolls would be to keep the combo
going, keep it smooth and fast. So it comes across here and we stop, making sure it is
nice and flat, nice and quick. I still make contact with my neck with my thumb with my
left hand but now the neck roll is gone. Fake neck roll.
