RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi, this is Rich Buccola of New York City. And today, on behalf of
Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make beef stroganoff. All right, so here
is how I plate this. First, we'll open up a bottle of wine. I opened up the same wine
as I cook with 'cause I'm drinking. So definitely get good wine, it will make better stroganoff.
I'm just going to grab some noodles and I'm just going to do a plate of noodles. Now,
these are whole wheat noodles and they're a little bit better for you. A little bit
healthier which we know with that sour cream and that heavy cream, probably a lot of calories
in this one. So if you're health conscious people, just make it once in a while. It's
a nice treat. And you don't have to--you know, just have a smaller portion. It smells divine,
folks. Just going to grab a lot of it, like so. Just going to right on top. Mushrooms
and our meat, that is just perfect. Now, let's go over to the plate and just garnish and
serve. All right, next, we're just going to take some of our scallions and just garnish
this. I'm just going to give that a little sprinkle or something like that, maybe just
one or two of the mushrooms on top. What you might want to do then is just add another
mushroom, like so. And then put some of the green scallion on top like this, and to top
it off, just a little fresh pepper. And man, this is going to be dinner time. It smells
so good and I love beef stroganoff. If you had it before, you know how great it is. And
that's it. That's how I serve it.
