Hello everybody, my name is Tasha and welcome to Heart of Tarts.
Today on the show we will be making a crustless tart for St Patricks Day. It is a Pot of Gold.
Or at least I consider Mangoes gold. They are so so delicious. So I am going to show you how to make this
chocolate chia seed pudding topped with Mango medallions. Here we go.
In a bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, coconut milk, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Whisk it all together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, come back and stir it with a spoon so that it does not
clump and make sure that it is well mixed, then leave it in there overnight.
We are going to peel our mangoes and thinly slice the flesh away from the seed.
Once you have all your flesh in them slivers of mango beautiful-ness, we are going to biscuit cutter
to cut them into medallions.
You can use different size circles if you want. 1 inch - 2 inch, it is all up to you.
Then I am going to pile my mangoes on top of my chia seed pudding.
The chocolate chia seed pudding is deceptively unsweet, so you will have to with the mango.
Don't eat them separate. Like dip the mango in the chia seed pudding and eat them together
and it will be yummy yummy scrumptious.
Thank you so much for watching today. I hope you enjoyed this crustless tart recipe.
As well as the other tarts on my YouTube channel Heart of Tarts. You can find the written recipe at Parade.com
