Welcome from AC News,
let's see today's trailer
and cinema news is coming up!
Producer Graham King has released some of the best movies of the last years,
from Gangs of New York to The Departed.
Now he's working to the Freddie Mercury, lead singer of the Queen, biopic.
Mercury will be interpreted by Sacha Baron Cohen (Borat, Hugo).
The screenplay has already been picked up by Peter Morgan,
but as nothing is still official we don't know if Morgan is still on board.
King cant' wait to work again with Cohen after the significant experience of Hugo,
during which he said he saw in Cohen a different aspect, more emotional.
Hugo is now screening, directed by Martin Scorsese.
The next February 17th comes out the new movie by McG (Charlie's Angels),
that is This Means War, an explosive comedy on a love triangle.
It finds rivals Tom Hardy and Chris Pine which fight over Reese Witherspoon's affection.
Simon Kingberg has the screenplay for War,
and this in fact explains the resemblance with Mr and Mrs Smith
combined with the *** interplay of Sherlock Holmes.
After the Terminator flop this could be a compensation project for director McG.
That's all for today,
see you soon from AC News!
