Mary: I actually took the foundation with Mattel and Lisa and I remember I really had,
there was a really big shift with you when you started learning this stuff so it's really
interesting for me. I haven't seen you for a while to see all the changes. Really positive
and really wonderful. My daughter kind of had me take the solution and I'm repeating
it now. I handled some health crisis and stuff so I really didn't continue on with the courses
but I did take The Foundation three years ago and I really learnt a lot. I think it
was even more valuable than The Solution although this is important to take before you take
The Foundation. Learning about the cleanses, learning about how to properly cleanse, learning
about supplements just undoing so many things that all my life I had been doing wrong so
many things I wish I had known a lot sooner and it has made a big impact in my life. It's
taken me a little while to kind of let it all absorb in and I think it was a little
overwhelming at first but the one thing that I realized is that you just go in little baby
steps. You know I may not always be doing everything that I have learnt and maybe it's
the right thing to do but I just take, you know I just do little things at a time and
kind of build on those things. I finally feel like I'm cutting it in to the point where
it's becoming a lot. I can understand it a lot more and it's becoming kind of more of
my lifestyle.
It's a really drastic change for, I think a lot of us. Really really major and of course
I have a daughter who always says, 'mum you have the tools why aren't you using them?'
Then I take a little dip. But I really feel that taking The Foundation is really a worthy
course. The conferences are amazing every week. They are so full of information. I mean
it's just unbelievable. I learnt about things that I just never thought I would.
A: For the audience listening at home can you tell them what your occupation is or your
background?
Mary: I'm a registered nurse. I've been a nurse for 42 years and I know I dealt in a
lot of this stuff when I was a lot younger but I just never seemed to have anybody around
to guide me in the right direction. You know I tried a lot of different things and you
know wheat germ and this and that and all this kinds of stuff but I never understood
a whole lot about why I was doing it. But then all of a sudden taking these courses,
it just makes so much more sense. It was structured in a way that just kind of builds. I was able
to take advantage of going to the Wellness Centre, Dr. Swillings Wellness Centre. I did
the blood microscopy and I did, you know he put me on a special program. I had anemia.
I was able to use a lot of their facility there and experience their infra-red sauna
and they had a wonderful chiropractor there and before I had surgery I went and had like
all kinds of IV therapies with really good staff out of NCMHCE and all the stuff for
good healing and saw Dr. Ettore. It was all aligned and when I went into surgery they
were totally amazed after within a day I already had melisma's which you don't always have
right after you've had a general anesthesia especially for a couple of hours or more.
So I was really, went into it feeling comfortable. Healthy. I had done a cleanse before and just
felt in tiptop shape so I was able to recuperate you know a little after.
Plus I made so many good friends, I have met so many people at this group, these conferences
and you know you kind of go through it with everybody and you just get to be really close
to people because you just really share a lot of personal things. You get to see all
the changes in people and how well they are doing and it's just really great. That's why
I brought a couple of friends. I just want people to know what you know and I have another
good friend that's been through the courses and it's really been good. She went through
Matt's course and just got so much happening too.
Arnoux: Did you find the 7 steps to be a valuable tool?
Mary: Oh yeah, I use it at work all the time. I kind of tend to forget about it every once
in a while and I think oh wow why haven't I been doing that?
