Oh Hi, What you just saw was Bangalore. I mean, "Bengaluru"...
I'm Arvind. I have been in Bangalore for over 5 to 6 years...
Today, I am going to have some fun breaking the myth that Bangalore is an expensive place to live in.
I am going to get into the core of Bengaluru and see the Ground Reality... Let's go!
So... Before coming to be popularly known as the Silicon Valley of India
Bangalore was even more popular as the Garden City
What better place, than to start your day with Cubbon Park... and pump your morning energy up?
Alright... Let's go for Breakfast!
After enquiring among the locals, I figure that there is this place called 'Daavangere Benne Dosa'
Here you get a Dosa for 20 rupees!
I never knew this all through my existence in Bangalore at all...
...And, this is a local favorite and I am just going to dig in right now and see how good it is.
Talk to the locals... Walk around a lot...
This will give you a much more deeper insight about the place for you to enjoy the travel and make it a better experience and not just fun...
I am totally surprised by the number of places I am getting to see today
now that I have taken up the challenge and thought I will just walk around
...which are the good places to see
kind of reveals the finer details of the same city that you live in.
Making sure that you have a couple of friends with you not just makes sure that your travel is fun but also makes it safe in a new place
So when you start walking and break off the boundaries, you discover new places
After a sumptuous meal, I thought I will go and catch some serene boating for sometime
and then maybe, if possible I will go and catch a movie also after that
So when I enquired around,
I figured that this theatre has some of the latest technologies
and at a very very good price
So I went ahead and bought myself a ticket for a latest hindi super hero flicks
So what was this Bangalore that I discovered?
Lovely Place,
especially the discovery of the day, the Food Street
Wow... It was almost like a food court in the middle of the street
It was much more energetic
more bubbly, lot of colors, lot of people...
you get lost in the vibrance of the whole place...
still trying to discover
catch you around the next time... ciao!
