Hi! Starting now another I Could Kill For Dessert!
And on today’s show I will make one of my favorite desserts which is a panna cotta...
The panna cotta’s right consistency is like um... a “mocotó”.
And I will make a peach julep!
I bet you have no idea of what a “julep” means

So, to start making the panna cotta you will need 5 gelatine leaves
and we will soak them in water and then take it to a water bath.
Ok, here it’s done! Now just put it all in the blender.
I will put here one can of condensed milk, one cup of whole milk and one cup and a quarter of cream.
Half teaspoon of vanilla paste and blend it all.
Then now it will go to the fridge until it’s hardened.
I don’t know for how long, 6 hours more or less, perhaps?
Ok guys, for the apricot sauce is piece of cake, here’s the deal,
first I will chop the apricots,
but it doesn’t have to be too small cause the sauce will go to the blender later and...
Then don’t chop it!
No, it’s because it will help it soften much faster then...
Ok, here it’s done.
Now everything goes to the pan...
Why did you put it all in a cutting board if you are picking it with your hands?
You could have cutted it on the marble counter, right?
Then, half cup of sugar,
half cup of water,
one teaspoon of cinnamon,
one teaspoon of powder cardamom,
three tbsp of rose water,
three tbsp of orange blossom water,
and... some grated nutmeg.

I’m going to make a Julep that is very refreshing for us to eat with the panna cotta...

To finish the panna cotta, I’m going to do the following:
I will make two duos cause some people here of the team want me to top it
with the raspberry sauce that I made on the Valentine’s Day episode.
So...
But you can top it with anything you want, or eat it plain, “virgem..."
