hello, welcome to the Mütevazi Lezzetler kitchen
in this section we will cook a beautiful sweety...
that reminds us Ramazan
"Stuffed Güllaç"
but as you wish firstly learn the ingredients
10 dry sheets of dough made of starch
3 glass of milk
1 glass of granuated sugar
for inside; 2,5 glass of milk
1 teaglass of granuated sugar
2 tablespoon of wheat starch
1 tablespoon of rice flour
1 coffee cup of coconut
and 1 pocket of vanilla
to pour over; 1 tablespoon of coconut
and 2 tablespoon of minced nut
after listing the ingredients...
let's start with preparing the inside
we pour the 2,5 glass of milk into the container
we add sugar...
the starch...
the rice flour...
and the coconut on it
after mixing a little we go near the fire
we bake until it reaches the right consistency
it reached very good consistency
now we finally add the vanilla
and take out from the fire
while the filling is getting cold we prepare a mixture to wet the güllaç
we had 3 glass of milk...
we add 1 glass of granuated sugar on it
we go near the fire to heat it witout boiling
we heated the milk with the sugar
now we wet the dry sheet of dough with this mixture...
we wet it to melt
now we wet completely
close like a envelope
now we put some filling into it...
sufficiently
close like a envelope again
and we place into a platter
we do the same thing for the others
we prepare the last güllac
in a pocket there is 10 doughes
however our container is appropriate for 9
1 will be alone serviced
the milk and the filling is completely enough
to sum up the measuring is good
the most beautiful sweet of Ramazan is güllac...
is also so delicious in envelope shape
we pour over the remain milk onto the filled in
it will be good for us to decorate when we service
but we show now
firstly spread coconut
as you wish add nut or whatever you have at home
güllaç is the most important sign of our traditional flavor
we can now carry out it to the breaking a fast table
in this section of the kitchen Mütevazi Lezzetler
we presented a different opportunity for the Ramazan tables

i wish you prepare in Ramazan and remember us
good bye...
