I am Ivan Madar. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. You should stay within the limits
of your facility. Don't try to do things that you cannot do well. So, decide what you can
do well. Decide what your staff is doing well. Don't try to do things that your staff isn't
trained for, because you are going to burn yourself. Sooner or later, somebody is going
to complain about it and find out the staff was not qualified to do this. They just tried
it and it doesn't work. The other thing is monitoring attendance. If you monitor attendance
properly and if you don't act in a rash way; if you do it over a period of time, you have
a good idea obviously what goes and what doesn't go. If you have the same three people for
three months, than you know you have stayed there too long. I usually give a season to
decide what goes and not and work with those numbers and for next numbers. For next season,
use that experience to decide what goes and what doesn't go.
