First prepare caramel sauce and then flan custard
we’ll use 70g sugar into 50g boiling water
Stirring it into a saucepan

Continue last sieve

Put a towel into a large tray
Put the molds into the tray
Preheat oven to 160 deg C, Boil water (for water-bath method) First preheat the oven in 15 minutes and boil a biettle of water
When the oven has reached 160 deg C put the tray of custard puddings into the oven
Then pour into this tray boiling water There should be enough water to cover at least
Then bake this flan at 160 deg C in about 40-45 minutes
Then 40 minutes, try the cake using a toothpick in the middle of the dry toothpick
Dry cake surface
The ripe cake has a nice color, smells nice and shakes the cake and slightly shakes OK
Let it cool to room teamperature, cover and refrigerate for atreast a five hours
Take a cake from the fridge use on the knife has a big red around the mold
Wear gloves and place them in a box or dish
The cake is very soft so be careful not to break the cake.
Pour the sugar into the cup
Put the cake in the mold or dish
