I am a rural person, grown in a multinational family.
And we have never had disagreements, differences and controversies in this issue.
What we call an opinion about someone better or worse in modern society
is a special policy to bring people up against each other.
As an authorized representative of Putin, I had quite an active program:
I had 18 meetings with young people, workers, doctors, principals of schools,
students going for their first votes.
I also held meetings in villages, district centers, cities.
I had 25 such creative meetings.
I started the tour in Siberia, visited Kuzbas, Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo, Khabarovsk, Perm
and ended it in the Amur Region in the city of Blagoveshensk.
Certainly, the society has changed and Vladimir Vladimirovich
will need to face the changes in the political conscience of people in our country.
Politics has become such close part of all spheres of work and life of any person,
only lazy people are reluctant to discuss developments in the life of the state.

Pre-electoral speeches of Zyuganov have not changed since the campaign in the 1990s.
I hear the same things from Gennady Andreyevich
since I was an authorized representative of Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin and up to this day.
He speaks great, because he used to be a teacher authoritatively, his voice is well-pitched,
formulations are excellent.
I have heard it all and ready to repeat it for him numerously, walk and speak.
The rest surprises me.
It seems as though a soldier came out and said he wants to command an army.
That is impossible.
Maybe Mikhail Prokhorov is a good manager, but why should he be the president?
I understand that he would want to become the minister of industry, setting production.
I could not give answers to the questions until I met airborne troops in Tula.
A lieutenant-colonel I met in Chechnya said that the country was electing a president,
the military were electing the commander-in-chief.
Everything flipped over in my head.
No one has ever said that before.
It is sad to imagine any other candidate as a commander-in-chief.

We voted for Vladimir Vladimirovich,
because we believe and hope that constructive achievements will start soon.
All this time has been spent on the preparatory process.
We understand what is going on at the world Olympus of geopolitics, what is happening,
who rules the world, what is progressing, who is interested in our territory.
We can talk about it for a long time and many governors and many of our colleagues made speeches
and said very appealing things I do not want to repeat myself.
I want stability.
If a man takes responsibility for stability in the country,
he has no other opportunities to achieve that goal than making a breakthrough in all spheres,
not just industry, but road construction as well, Sochi and other programs.
We all lack the game rules: conditions of labour, opportunities for work and prospects.
Some enter industry, others do not, not all have equal chances to solve certain issues.
For example, the Ministry of Culture does not solve problems of cultural figures.
Why would I care about how long a governor or president stays at power?
Let them stay for the whole life.
Huge sums of cash are spent on elections and we always want to change something,
new people will come and what then?

Putin has undergone major changes in the last half a year as a brand.
His image team or, perhaps, his consultants understood the need for changes to attract youth, be more clear.
In this aspect, success of Mikhail Prokhorov is not surprising.
As an authorized representative of Putin,
I travelled through the Ivanovskaya Region, met young people,
students, students of professional technical education centers.
Attraction of Prokhorov is based on the fact that he is new, he is young, cool,
talented, his advertisement is clear and available "give a like! - what could be simpler for a student?
He gives good promises, he has an interesting program, although not all have read it.
My sister teaches at the Higher School of Economics.
She had to have political debates.
When students learned that she supports Putin, they asked: How could it be that way?.
She responded: You vote for Prokhorov? Have you read his program? and got an answer: No, why?.
Young people in politics and culture depend on the criterion of like/dislike a lot.
Many young people want to become stars instantly, like in the Star Academy show.
I joined the boys chorus chapel when I was 5 and bought a car when I was 33.
I learned a lot in 25 years, worked in the public sphere, was a member of the Komsomol,
visited voluntary construction groups, got great life experience.
Many dream about marrying Mel Gibson or make shouts and rate down everyone in the Internet to become a star.
This does not only include criticism of Putin and United Russia.
Plushenko won the European Championship.
But check how many disgusting comments he has in the Internet.
Whitney Houston died and so much flaming is seen.
I am asked about the culture level of our state.
Usually it is followed by requests to play something on the piano.
I play Times of the Year of Tchaikovsky and then ask the audience consisting of about 200 people:
What have I just played?.
No one knows.
Putin has become unfashionable for young people, Prokhorov fashionable.
But why? No reason.

I went for elections for the first time in 1990 or 1991, when Yeltsin was being elected,
because I felt as though it was the moment to benefit the country.
Political brands, electoral technologies are all clear.
Our society, authorities, government do not live in reality, but live in mythology instead.
Reality is that the Kremlin has President Putin, the city, lets say Mukhoslavsk, has a prosecutor,
road police chief and others and they are the authorities there.
Unfortunately, those at power there inherited the worst the communists had:
total disregard of peoples personalities, disregard of citizens rights...
When they feel themselves as kings and God, local landowners, they set all at defiance.
Those who went to the Bolotnay Square and Sakharov Avenue were people who, thank God,
realized that they are personalities and civilians and that their rights
as personalities and citizens should be taken into account.
I thought personalities were mature in 1991, but I was wrong.
But this is the moment when children and grandchildren of the 65% of the population of the Soviet Union,
who received passports in the 1950s and were told that they were civilians,
not peasants, realize that they have the right for vote and that they are valuable.
And Putin needs to rely on them, because such people realize themselves as personalities and citizens,
they may help change the situations in those forgotten cities with their prosecutors-landowners.
