Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms
with ham and shrimp. So now we are going to chop up some green onions for our recipe.
We are going to want to use both the white in here the onion in here and also the green.
So just go ahead and cut off the root and just like that. Set that aside and just do
2 at a time, 3 at a time whatever you need. Just go ahead and run your knife through it.
We want these fairly small to cause it we would also add this to the sauce. So just
go ahead and chop those up.
