In this clip we are going to get into our new design that we are going to do. Now this
one pretty much the steps are we are going to take a solid clear rod and then we are
going to stripe colors down it in a symmetrical fashion and basically what we are going to
do after that if we have our nice cool contrasting colors going down it we are going to heat
individual parts of the rod itself where the color is and we are going to spin it. This
will give it a really weird, because most of the design will be running up and down
but then in small portions it will be distorted in a really cool way where it still keeps
its pattern but just kind of shifts it aside. You know it is kind of hard to explain but
I will definitely be able to show you. So to basically start we just need to get our
clear rod and we are going to heat that up. We just want to get this heated and shaped
so we just want a flat ending to start so we are going to turn up the heat a little
bit for the thickness here and we are going to do that. I am just going to flatten it
into the marver here and that is what we are going to start with and that will be the first
piece of what we do for this one.
