Today I'm going to teach you how to make Stuffed Eggs.
These are really easy and fast to make because we always have the ingredients in our house.

Let's take a look at the ingredients we will need to make Stuffed Eggs.
This dish will be sufficient for about 5-6 people.
6 boiled eggs, 3-4 onions finely chopped, 2-3 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 tbsp garam masala, 1tbsp mix masala, 1/4 tbsp asafoetida, 1/2 tbsp turmeric power, salt to taste
Garlic (10-12 cloves), Coriander leaves, and oil
Now let's begin to make the stuffed eggs.
First, we will warm up the oil.
Put a little more oil than usual, about 3-4 tbsp
Add 1/4tbsp Asafoetida
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
Add the garlic (10-12 cloves)
About 3 onions chopped finely chopped
And 3 tomatoes finely chopped as well.
If it's a big tomato then just use one, if it's small then take three.
Add salt to taste
Add 1 tbsp of mix masala
Now add some Coriander leaves to it.
Now let's mix all of this so it gets well cooked.
Summarizing: we warmed up the oil, to that we added turmeric powder, Asafoetida, onions, tomatoes, garlic,
Coriander leaves and masala.
We are adding the masala early because we want it to mix well with our gravy ingredients
We will use this onion as stuffing inside the eggs and then cook it for a bit.
Now our onions and tomatoes are almost done, so let's add a little bit of garam masala to it.
Garam masala ingredients: 20 gm Cinnamon, 10 gm Cloves and 3 gm Cardamom
Take 15 Cardamoms with the skin and put it in a vessel and fry it without oil/ghee
Once the colour of the Cardom Skin changes, let it cool down before grinding it in a mixer.
This garam masala can be used for non-vegetarian recipes as well
About 1/2 tbsp
While this is being done, let's cut our eggs
We will make a cut on the middle of the egg
We will cut the eggs this way.
We have finished cutting our eggs now
Looks like our stuffing is done. So let's take the vessel off the gas and stuff it in our eggs!
Fill up the eggs and just keep them on the sides of the vessel
This way, we will fill all the eggs.
And keep them in the vessel properly
There are many non-vegetarian recipes and this recipe of Stuffed Eggs competes really well against them.
Add some more Coriander leaves to it.
Now let's cook the eggs for 5 minutes so that the flavours seep in well into the eggs.
So we will put the lid on this and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Let's check if our Stuffed Eggs are done.

Now let's arrange this onto a plate.
Steaming hot Stuffed Eggs are ready to eat!
