Hey everyone and thanks for watching 3dmotive.com.
This is Justin and in this course we're gonna be covering an introduction to
Autodesks MotionBuilder 2013 as well as learn a bit more about
motion capture, how it's generated and the pipeline involved when editing
motion capture data and applying it to a CG character for either game development or
even film. On our journey we're gonna be discussing topics such as
basic character requirements for retargeting motion capture data, specific
types of data formats and how to work with each, as well as dive a bit into
the actual post animation process on a character once the data has been
applied and retargeted to the character of your choice. Now this course is intended for beginner
to intermediate Maya users who have a basic understanding of how to, let's say, rig a
character and beginning MotionBuilder users who have had little experience with the software
at all. So ok, with that being said let's go ahead and get started.
