We’ll do the same with
next little star
painting with yellow
and then we do
some touches in the side
with orange
and fade
to the rest of the star
For the next one, I’ll put orange in the other side
in this side
That’s ok.
Now let’s wait until it is dry
to put some finishing touches
The watercolor is already dry
and now we’ll delineate
with gold paint that is the same as we have used with the other gift tags
I'll mix this paint with a little water because
it is very thick
is not completely dry but too creamy
I want a thinner outline than the other gitf tags
and I’m just going to delineate with gold paint around the edges
this way
I will not make it too fine to not be seen
because metallized paints
sometimes can not be seen depending on where does the light
come from
Then I’ll do a contour
that we can see pretty well the star
When metallic paint is still
is much darker
that when it is dry
then when I have doubts about the colors you want to use
I will try them before
in a piece of paper or a cardboard
then I’ll use them
knowing exactly how they‘ll look like
and the last little star
these cards are really easy to do
but the color combination, the shape
makes that
a Christmas gift, for example
can be beautiful
and everyone can see that it is a handmade little tag
and it would be a nice thing in our presents
Now let it dry
and the next step will be to cut it
Our gift tag is already dried
and what we are going to do now is to cut the edge
with a sharp scissors
So here it is
the little card
in the last step would be to make a drilling so that it can
hang our gifts
with a punch
we’ll do the
perforation
So it is
we can put a ribbon here
and it’ll look great !!
Ok? so here ends this project
