Gathering in shadows, only squirming and writhing
Loving the night, only working hexes and charms
Suddenly appearing, only falling into chaos
Occasionally, only making enemies of humans
Detested and shunned
Ostricized,
Chased and forced to flee
So here they end up
All of the deep sin welling within me
Is repented in the depths of darkness
Staring at the campfires, spoken is
Poetry of long past days
All the companions I pride myself in
Live harmoniously here, even in the depths
Of darkness where peacefulness is abundant
One might call it, a lovely symmetry
A sanitorium of the earth, a secret method
To have here eternity’s ills subdued
That method entrused to intertwining threads
To ask of others emotions and to lay them bare
Weaving and depicting
Tying together
Seeking and burning with passion
Finally coming here
All of the memories that torment me
Are torn away in the depths of darkness
Their forms change and are reborn
Into a new form of poetic prayer
All of my companions think of each other
Drawing close here in the depts of darkness
The softness in their abdunance of wishes
A symmetry extending over thousands of years
All of the deep sin welling within me
Is repented in the depths of darkness
Staring at the campfires, spoken is
Poetry of long past days
All the companions I pride myself in
Live harmoniously here, even in the depths
Of darkness where peacefulness is abundant
One might call it, a lovely symmetry
A tale over many thousands of nights…
