Hello everybody, and welcome to our new and improved Truth O Meter Tuesday.
This is an interesting question, and we had a lot of answers, some of which we expected
and some of which we didn't quite expect but which were really right on the money. So everybody's
doing their homework out there and I'm very impressed.
Now the question was: Saline implants are available to women of any age.
And actually the FDA has restricted their use for women over the age of 18 for the purposes
of breast augmentation. And this is what I had in mind, but somebody
said that if you're younger than 18 you can have them for reconstructive purposes, and
I think that's correct as well. So the answers we're accepting are False if
you're thinking that, well, some people can't have them 'cause they're under 18 and the
question's false. Or, Mostly True, because most women can have them but women under 18
can't. Now that's a little bit convoluted but I want
to respect everybody's thought process because you did a great job answering these questions.
So, today's winner: Debbie Foreman is today's winner. So Debbie, you get a gift card for
$100. So congratulations, and good work to everybody that played. Look forward to challenging
you again next week.
