KLEI presents

Check this out. This track is a plea for expository preaching.
That's what the churches need. Sola Scriptura!!
With these raps I give honour, to my Master and Lord,
Jesus Christ, the Man, whom I adore very much,
for the wrath that he bore, the rough wood cross was enough,
wicked is my condition, full evil my nature,
He was perfect and lay down His life,
He rose up from death, gave pastors the call,
to a ministry oppositional, serve the soul and exhort,
like 2 Timothy 4 declares,
therefore I ask you today, this serious question,
that's my attitude, I'm not mysterious or vague,
for what's the core, the essence? what gives the local church it's potential?
that one say: "be contemporary", another says: "fight poverty",
others swear on the power of their leaders,
but if we want to worship God together, we must preach expository!
Where are the Whitefields, where are the Spurgeons?
preach the Word! preach the Word!
the biblical message, for my daily need man,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
there are enough rappers, but not enough pastors,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
a faithfull explanation, for practice and experience,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
Hey, for all the members of the community,
pray for your leaders and encourage them regularly,
let your feedback be honest and constructive.
Let me explain what I mean, it's not too complex,
you preach Gods Word, in it's proper context,
if you listen, observe, what you need to consider,
is the point of the text, where the preacher goes for?
don't you think it is? quickly pull the bell,
cause the Word is being used, for saying what he wants,
though it is brought, with passion and ingenuity,
Gods inspired Truth, will be surely wasted,
Instead of applying biblical truths, too much preachers rely on personality,
but the gift of preaching was never a replacement, to illuminate our hearts by the Holy Spirit,
without a true explanation, a lack of revelation,
what you get is tradition, and the pastors favorite topics,
that will be the start, of the slippery slope,
the Word is giving hope, but this man speaks weak,
we don't need jokes or small talk, as it brings no faith, cause it's about nothing,
love for Christ, obedience we need, expository preaching is required,
long for transpiration by labor with the text, inspiration will follow relaxed with effect,
God give the increase, holiness, step by step,
the Word faithfully preached build on whole the community,
if not, your Sunday meal will not last, and the church will die....slowly,
Stop entertaining, that's no support,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
carefull instruction, not a big production,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
we don't want comedy or anthropology,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
stop the flattery, Judgement is coming,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
For all pastors, who know they're called to preach the Word.
I want to encourage you: keep on beholding the glory of Christ!
Please be aware of this pious thesis, whole the Bible is about the Person Jesus,
in the Old Testament; shadow and latent, in the New Testament; clear and known,
this truth sounds bold and weighty, on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24,
the Law, the Prophets and the Apostolic teachings, they refer with power to risen Lord,
so if Jesus is the Core, central in this case, the Sunday sermon should be all about Him,
the gospel preached without any apparent, but brought with power, without trying to be original,
forget your applause, your own homage, bend and cheer rather for the wonderful Son,
because His work and Person are way beyond ordinary,
Gods mystery unconcealed turns out wonderfully beautiful,
expository preaching pays an outstanding wage,
cause people transform by beholding the Son, beholding the Son, beholding the Son, beholding the Son!
To the glory of Christ I desire most,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
make Christ central, that He determines my life,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
Break all the boycotts, preach the whole counsel of God,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
this is your duty, in the presence of God,
preach the Word! preach the Word!
Expository preaching is incredibly important in my eyes.
it is unrelinquishable and irreplaceable,
and it means that there will be a full exposure,
that somebody by the pastor there can identify himself,
with a biblical figure, for example Zacchaeus,
and by becoming Zacchaeus for a moment,
and at the same time he knows himself before Jesus,
I think that needs time, it needs words and study,
that is Bible expository preaching, cause you're going through verse and verse and verse, to explain the Scriptures.
2 Timothy 4:2
Preach the Word. Be instant in season...
